The Garage Sale is a great way to have your student help raise money to help pay for camp, or to help other families raise their way for camp. Donations are welcomed and can be dropped off on June 6th from 4pm-8pm at 1903 19th Ave SE, Puyallup, WA 98372. 

Please do not bring socks, undergarments, trash, Tupperware items without lids, or items in poor condition. Clothing, books, chairs, and furniture in good condition, games with all their pieces, toys with all their pieces, and shoes, all in good wearable and usable condition, are more than welcome! 

Our garage sale dates and working hours are:

Friday, June 7th 10a-8p
Saturday, June 8th 8a-5p
Sunday, June 9th 10a-4:30p

There are 3 ways you can raise or help us raise money for students in need.
 

1. Save all items you are planning on donating or toss (that would sell at a garage sale) and label each with your student’s name and cost of item to sell for. This is how we keep track of who has raised what. All profits, from items sold and labeled for a specific student, will go towards that student’s camp cost.
 

2. Work this event (Register Here). The more hours worked, the more money you will raise to help pay for camp. In addition to selling a student’s own items, working the event is a great way to make additional money. There will be items donated that are unclaimed and not labeled for a specific student/family. We keep track of all the profits from these items to then divide them out fairly to students depending on how many hours were worked.

3. Donate items for us to sell to help another family out, if your student doesn't need to raise money!

We are always here for our Bethany families and students, and we have said for over 10 years is "Money should never be the reason someone doesn't go to camp". So, if you still need financial help to send your student to camp after your student has participated in all available fundraisers, we will find ways to help. Please note, in order to receive any scholarships, students must participate in all fundraisers to help their family raise as much of the funds as they can, or let me know why you can't. We will have multiple opportunities for that this summer, one of which is the Garage Sale!
